Service Technician (m/f/d)
full-time – starting immediately

Deine Aufgaben
- Preparation and realisation of commissioning of our test systems at German and international customers
- Adaptation and parameterisation of the systems according to the customer’s wishes on site
- Advising customers on how to optimise the use of our systems
- Maintenance and support of our test systems on site or via remote maintenance
- Telephone customer support
- Carrying out customer training courses and sample tests
Was Dich auszeichnet
- Completed technical training/studies, e.g. in the fields of: Mechatronics, electrical engineering, computer science or industrial engineering
- First professional experience in the mentioned field of activity desirable
- Good PC skills in hardware and software
- Advantageous: experience with Windows servers, virtual machines, SQL servers and computer networks
- Good knowledge of English
- Increased willingness to travel at home and abroad
- Open nature and a structured, committed and independent way of working
